T-Square Coffee & Tea is located in the Willow Glen Plaza. This is a decent sized plaza that does not seem that busy, so there was a good amount of parking when I stopped by. Ordering was through the kiosk - there was 1 employee (probably the owner or manager) working, he seemed a bit awkward and flustered, but he was accommodating, which I appreciated. I originally wanted some sort of jasmine or green milk tea, but they did not have any options for this. I narrowed it down to 2 drinks that intrigued me - I was torn between the Organic Milk Boba Tea or Mango Thai Coconut Latte and I ended up getting the latter. I wanted to replace the lychee jelly that comes with the drink with boba instead, which the employee agreed to, but he still put the lychee jelly on top of the boba, which was not a huge deal, since I got my boba anyway. I felt like the mango flavor was strong with a good sweetness to it, while the coconut flavor was not that strong, which I did not mind, as I am not too big on coconut anyway. About $8.50 - they have a small operating fee factored in as well. Also, they have cute cups that the drink came in, which I wanted to reuse after I was done with my drink, but unfortunately, the cap / lid ended up cracking. Overall, the interaction was somewhat awkward, but I do appreciate that I was accommodated and was able to get boba, even though there was a misunderstanding.
Real hole in the wall place hidden behind Thai Spice. Not too much table space inside. It's rare to see a boba place open so early in the morning, but I guess this place has more of a coffee shop vibe anyway. (Yes, boba shops and coffee shops are totally different -- have you ever tried working at a boba shop?) Stopped by on my way to work looking for some coffee. I couldn't help but order the most unique thing (to me at least): Iced Malt Beer Flavor Oat Espresso. I really enjoyed this, as it had an unusual flavor that I can't easily describe. (And no, it's not alcoholic. The staff made sure I knew this, lol.) I'll definitely come back to try more things.
I came here as my car was being worked on a few blocks away. Though it's in a somewhat sketchy area the coffee is great here. The owner gave me free WiFi and I was able to get some work done. :). When you come inside you go to the Kiosk and order your pastry or coffee. Notifications can be sent to your phone in case it gets crowded. The Cappuccino with Oat milk I ordered was indeed tasty. I will be back!
I ordered a vanilla latte (hot) and a banana loaf. The coffee was superb. The banana loaf was a little too sweet for me. Other than that, the coffee shop is small but very cute. Prices are great. Service is super fast. Could be my next regular place to get coffee every day.
My partner and I came here on a Saturday morning. There's sizable parking lot so we didn't have trouble parking. It's a quaint, minimalist coffee shop. There was only one person working at the time, but it wasn't busy so the wait wasn't bad at all. I got the matcha latte, which has no sugar. It was refreshing to have a matcha latte that was unsweetened! I do prefer my matcha with sugar, but I still enjoyed the matcha flavor nonetheless. My partner got a hot chocolate and it was tasty. The barista put hearts in our drink which was a cute touch. I would come back and try their mango thai coconut latte some day!
Great coffee! Branding on the cup looks great. When I walked into the shop though, the building appeared empty. Didn't see anyone in the front or the back from my angle. Anyway, there stood an iPad in front of me so I placed my own order. I almost thought I'd have to make my own drink. The iPad had the audacity to ask me for a tip... Anyway, after submitting the order, all sorts of bells and dings started making noise in the building. That seemed to get the attention of the gentleman in the back who swiftly came up and prepared the drink. Service was fast and the drink was delicious. Granted it was a weekday and not crazy busy, I just wish the customer experience could be a little better. I'll definitely be back!
I visited T-Square Coffee & Tea on a Sunday morning and was the only patron in the store. The interior was white and minimalistic, with some indoor seating available in the small space. I ordered through the electronic kiosk, which was very convenient. Once the order was processed, the barista came out from the back to make my drink. The beverage menu was fairly large, but featured a lot of boba and specialty drinks, with less coffee options. Since they didn't have cold brew, I chose the Iced Velvet Oat Espresso. For food, they only had sweet pastry options - nothing savory. Service was quick, with zero social interaction required. I did enjoy the Iced Velvet Oat Espresso, but can't say it was super memorable. I did like the smooth texture of the drink though. Overall, good but not amazing!
Cute coffee shop with some boba options! There were a lot of tempting options, but I always get a vanilla latte to test the waters at a new place. The espresso here is definitely good! The latte was wonderful, but it's a bit pricey. My brother got a mango coconut latte which came with lychee jelly -- it was $7.25 (!) but tasted good. Overall, this is a very cute/quiet place. There's some seating available, but not too much. Parking is ample :)
